The Skin Institute

Tuesday, February 26, 2013

As many people already know, The Skin Institute is the non surgical arm of Brighton Plastic Surgery and is located right next door.  It is the place to visit if you are thinking that you would like to enhance your appearance or skin quality but are not looking to have surgery at this time. That said, many of Mr Mutimer’s patients are also clients of The Skin Institute.

The two practices work very closely together to ensure the best result for those who seek improvement in skin quality and overall appearance.  For Mr Mutimer’s clients who opt to also seek treatment at The Skin Institute it can best be summed up as Mr Mutimer is the one who looks after the quantity of skin and The Skin Institute looks after the quality of skin.

The Skin Institute is staffed by an experienced team including Michelle, Pauline and Colette who are all registered nurses who have worked in the operating theatre with Mr Mutimer for more than 10 years.  This experience working closely with Mr Mutimer has given The Skin Institute staff the benefit of knowing his expectations inside out.   The nursing experience also means that the staff are well equipped to talk about some of the procedures performed at Brighton Plastic Surgery. Working alongside the registered nurses are also Georgia, Eva, Tracey and Fiona.

The Skin Institute offers complimentary consultations.  At this initial consult and depending on your individual needs, a qualified practitioner will provide advice on skin care, skin treatments such as laser and peels, hair removal and acne and wrinkle treatments. All products and procedures utilised are of the highest standard and endorsed by Mr Mutimer.
