SAMBA Implants
The SAMBA procedure, known as "Simultaneous Areola Masteopexy Breast Augmentation" lifts and adds volume to small sagging breasts.
The breasts are enlarged with an implant and the breast skin tightened by removing skin around the areola (the pigmented skin around the nipple). The skin is drawn together like a purse string around the new areola, which has usually been reduced in size. There is no scar from the areola to the crease under the breast as no incision is made.
