Michelle Birks is Director of Nursing at Brighton Plastic Surgery and runs and coordinates the Day Surgery. She and her highly trained staff maintain a high level of confidentiality and support for all patients and ensure that their day surgery experience is as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Brighton Plastic Surgery offers an attractive alternative to an overnight hospital stay and caters for clients from small children to the elderly.

Jane Spillane is our Patient Care Coordinator. She provides advice and comprehensive information on every aspect of a patient’s procedure from their first initial consultation through to their last post-operative consultation. She is there to book all appointments, answer questions and concerns, provide any type of information required, including costs and accommodation. Her role is to guide and support patients throughout their time as a patient at Brighton Plastic Surgery.

Our theatre assistants are registered nurses who have extensive experience and expertise in plastic and cosmetic procedures. All have worked with Mr Mutimer for many years.

Our wound care managers are registered nurses with extensive experience and expertise in plastic and cosmetic procedures They attend Brighton Plastic Surgery five days a week and offer important support to patients both before surgery and post surgery in the recovery period to help ensure the best possible outcome.

We provide a professional, positive and warm environment at Brighton Plastic Surgery. Our two receptionists have worked in the cosmetic and plastic surgery industry for many years, and are happy to confidentially assist patients with any enquires or appointments, no matter whether contact is made via telephone, email, or in person.

Our business manager is always available to confidentially assist patients with any account queries before and after their procedure and will advise them about completing medical claims and claiming rebates from the various health care institutions.
