Theatre Assistant

Jenny / Chris / Suzanne
I have assisted with Keith Mutimer for the past ten years. My experience and expertise is highly extensive in the plastic and cosmetic field. I have also performed extensive work overseas on Interplast trips with Mr. Mutimer performing surgery on disadvantaged children with severe deformities.

I am highly dedicated to this field and the amazing results that we achieve.

"I enjoy working with a wonderful team whilst in theatre especially having the privilege of working with such a talented surgeon."

 Wound Care Manager

Chrissy / Jo
After having worked in the plastic and cosmetic industry for the past seven years I have gained a comprehensive background of the industry and patients needs. My role is to support patients pre and post surgery with all their concerns. I am here as a "back-up" support in the recovery period.

As the "Wound Care Manager" I like to prepare patients mentally and physically before surgery to help ensure the best possible outcome.

Patient Care Co-ordinator

Consulting Manager

Andrea
After having worked as the patient care co-ordinator for over 4 years at Brighton Plastic Surgery Centre I have been fortunate enough to see and befriend wonderful people. My enjoyment of the position is being able to see and talk to patients from their first initial consultation through to their last post-operative consultation.

It is a great experience to see patients after surgery with such wonderful results with the smile on a patient's face post-surgery the most gratifying for staff at Brighton Plastic Surgery Centre.

I feel that one of the biggest aspects of my position is to give patients knowledge, care and compassion through all aspects of their surgery.

It is imperative that when having surgery you are extensively informed as to what to expect pre, during and post surgery.

Before having your surgery we will give you a complete package which consists of the costs involved in your surgery, the procedure and how to prpare yourself in the recovery period (the most difficult period) with advice and care from our Wound Care Manager.

My role is to guide you through the above aspects whilst acting as a "support" for you. The surgical decision is not one to be taken lightly and at Brighton Plastic Surgery Centre we feel that the patient that is fully prepared for surgery is a happy patient post-surgery.

If you would like to talk to me at any time for advice or for a consultation please call the office on 9592 0522 or email me at . Alternatively, fell free to so submit your enquiry using our confidential online form.

 Business Manager/Accounts

Rita

In my position I am always available to assist with any account queries before and after your procedure.

I can provide assistance with completing medical claims and give advice on claiming rebates from the various institutions.

I am able to give advice on seeking information on how to choose suitable institutions to suit your particular needs when financing your procedure.

If I am not in the office when you telephone I will certainly return your call the following day with an answer to your query.

I understand as a Business/Accounts Manager that money is a very delicate and confidential issue and I always endeavour to handle clients situations professionally.
