Brighton Plastic Surgery is a registered day procedure centre with the Department of Health, Victoria as well as a registered day hospital with the Commonwealth.
In addition, we have certification to ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management System) and were one of the first facilities to obtain accreditation for all of the applicable National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards. Brighton Plastic Surgery has a comprehensive infection prevention and control program in place. Our facility and staff are regularly audited for compliance with national infection prevention and control guidelines, Australian Standards for reprocessing of reusable instruments (AS 4187) and the Australian Commission of Safety and Quality in Healthcare [ACSQHC] National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
